Urgent opening for Vendor Management Executive, Inside Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive & Pre Sales Executive

1. Vendor Management Executive : 

Job Description:

- Identifying the Best Vendors for all categories of Building Materials

- Preparing comparative statement in proper format and terms & conditions, technical etc

- Negotiating with vendors for the best lowest rates for good quality products and Priority Delivery

- Coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of materials and arrange if any urgent material.

- New Vendor development for available or equivalent materials for healthy competition.

- Using Vendor Management tools to review and rate the vendors periodically

- Maintaining Cordial Vendor Relations 

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have the knowledge and technical know-how of materials such as Steel, Cement, Coarse Aggregates, Fine Aggregates, Bricks and Block etc

- Should have knowledge of Excel, MS office etc 

- Should be good in communication, fluent with English, Hindi & Kannada 

- Min exp of 1 to 4 years

- MIS reports - Cancellation Reports generation and reviewing

Pay scale - 2 to 4 lacs 

Exp: 1-4 years

2. Inside Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive :  

Job Description:

We are hiring young and dynamic professionals who are passionate about Sales and looking to make a career in this field. Candidate should have relevant experience and thorough knowledge of the products, trade and industry. The candidate should be a performer who is dynamic and confident in his approach.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have the knowledge and technical know-how of materials such as Steel, Cement, Coarse Aggregates, Fine Aggregates, Bricks and Block etc

- Should have knowledge of Excel, MS office etc 

- Should be good in communication, fluent with Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu.

- Education - PUC/Any Degree/ Diploma, 2 Wheeler is a must. 

- Exp - 3-6 yrs exp in sales/marketing/ trade of Building Materials

- Age - Between 25 -35 yrs, Gender – Male.

Exp: 3-6 years

3. Pre Sales Executive : 

Roles & Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for proactive outbound / inbound prospecting and lead activity

- You will generate qualified leads from inbound/outbound calls, website forms, chat enquiries, prospect lists, mailers and social media.

- Assign the qualified leads to our experienced  sales executives

- Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly metrics which include conversion of leads to qualified,

- Send automated communication mailers to prospects

- An expected 15-25 outbound calls per day should be made

- Assist the marketing and sales team in building marketing or sales activities.

- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of products supported to customers and prospects.

- Accurately record and schedule activities in the CRM tool (Bitrix24)

- Responsible for specific targets and goals for Call Calling.

Skill Sets

- Good oral and written English communication

- Kannada language speaking is mandatory.

- Minimum PUC Educated

- Quick learner and Team player

- Basic computer skills (MS Office)

- Shift: Day (From 9:30 To 6 PM)
