If you are planning to construct your house, commercial, apartment or any building in Bangalore, you will need to get your building plan sanctioned by BBMP.
1) The property should be in BBMP Jurisdiction.
2) Property Sale Deed
3) BBMP khata certificate
1) Filing application through online
2) Submitting copies of property records and drawings online
3) 5 % of license fee towards scrutiny/processing charges should be paid online
4. Download of Receipt / Acknowledgement
5. Inspection of the Site by Engineer (Download Procedure Here)
6. Verification of Documents and Drawing
7. Approval / Rejection by the competent authority
8. The issue of Demand Note to the party for payment of Requisite Fee
9. Receipt of Requisite Fee
10. The issue of Building Plan approval within 30 days
1. Latest BBMP Khata certificate
2. Latest Khata extract
3. Latest Tax paid receipt
4. Sale/Title deed
5. Encumbrance certificate
6. Conversion copy (Wherever applicable)
7. Change of Land Use copy (Wherever applicable)
8. Revenue Sketch
9. Architect license copy
10. Detail building plan to required scale
11. No Objection Certificates (if applicable) from agencies like Fire Force Department, BWSSB, KSPCB, Airport Authority of India, SEIAA, BESCOM, BSNL, BMRCL.
